Wow! I'm shocked at some of the names on this list, and at the same time, not shocked. I'm pretty sure that having the freedom to pursue what interests you and develops your own God-given talents has a determining effect on your success.
my mom and i were looking through some old letters from my great grandfather, a couple of years ago and were surprised to learn that he was homeschooled by his mother. my own grandmother was a school teacher, who early on in her career, had a kindergarten in her home. she wanted to send me to her alma mater to become a teacher... i wish that she could know that i ended up being one, anyway! but, then, maybe she does know.
